Mercedes-Benz Glass Done Right

ADAS & Glass Specifics
Mercedes-Benz Driving Assistance Package
Mercedes-Benz vehicles feature active lane-keep, active blind spot, adaptive cruise with route-based speed adaptation, cross-traffic alert. All of these systems rely on a forward-facing camera mounted behind the windscreen. After replacement, the camera must be recalibrated to factory alignment — we handle this as part of every Mercedes-Benz replacement we carry out.
Glass specification
Mercedes almost universally fits acoustic laminated glass. Higher trims include head-up display, heating elements, and IR-reflective layers for thermal comfort. Camera mountings for MBUX and driver assist are integrated into the rearview mirror base.
Worth knowing
Mercedes MBUX-equipped vehicles require calibration using Mercedes-approved target boards. We have the equipment and procedures to handle this.
